Juan is an associated consultant with Ayala Consulting Corporation in the area of systems and database development. He has over 12 years of experience as an IT Consultant, Research Engineer, and Technology Manager.

Juan has a degree as a Systems Engineer from the Universidad EAFIT in Colombia. In addition, he has had training in programming for Oracle, SQL, HTML 5, and Microsoft Azure. He has experience working with JAVA, C#, PowerBuilder and PL/SQL programming languages.

Juan provides technical assistance in the development of information systems and databases for social protection programs.

Brigitte is an associated consultant with Ayala Consulting Corporation with experience in conditional and unconditional cash transfer programs in countries including: Kenya, Bangladesh, Morocco, Pakistan, Nigeria, Tanzania, and Niger, among others. She has worked with international organizations including the World Bank and UNICEF.

Brigitte has a degree in Business Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a diploma in teaching at the university level from the Universidad San Martín de Porres in Lima, Peru. She has teaching experience in Economics and Development at the Universidad San Martín de Porres, the Universidad Aldolfo Ibanez in Chile and the University of Mauritius.

Brigitte provides coordination of logistics, implementation and training processes related to cash transfers and monitoring of conditions in the implementation of projects. She is currently a Resident Consultant in the field.

Liliana is an associated consultant with Ayala Consulting Corporation. She has experience in the design and implementation of social protection programs and corresponding management information systems (MIS) in countries including Colombia, Barbados, Guyana, Suriname and Malawi, among others.

Liliana has degrees in International Business from the School of International and Public Affairs, Columbia University/Universidad Externado de Colombia, Business Administration from the Universidad Antonio Nariño, in Colombia, and Systems Engineering from the Universidad Autónoma de Manizales, in Colombia.

Liliana provides support in the preparation of operational processes and management information systems for social protection programs and in the training of information system end users.

Christina is an associated consultant with Ayala Consulting Corporation. She has experience in the design and technical assistance for social protection programs, specializing in the Middle East.

Christina has a Master of Arts in German Literature and Language from the University of Jena in Germany.

Christina provides support in the preparation of operational processes and the implementation of projects in the field. In addition she provides expertise in monitoring and supervision processes.

David is an associated consultant with Ayala Consulting Corporation with expertise in the health, gender and poverty sectors. He has worked as a consultant with organizations such as the World Health Organization, the World Bank, the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development, and governments of countries such as Ethiopia and Nigeria, among others. David has expertise in poverty assessment and strategy development.

David has a PhD in Economics from the School of Economics at the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom, as well as a Masters degree in Economic Development and Policy Analysis from the University of Nottingham.

David provides expertise in impact issues assessments and the development of econometric targeting formulas. He provides assistance in the assessment and design of social protection strategies, social safety nets and policy.
