Activities to be carried out:
Complete the design of the Programme operational system, including targeting on potential beneficiaries, enrolment of such beneficiaries, control of shared responsibilities and of the payments system, and of the case management process.
Develop the MIS targeting module for the programme, needed to identify and select beneficiaries using the proxy means test formula.
Provide support to the TASAF Technical Unit by providing recommendations for the different stages of the implementation process, and train the TASAF’s technical unit on the different aspects of the implementation process.
Design an Operational manual version 1.0 completed including technical annexes and delivery benchmarks.
Computerized web-based MIS software application to support the targeting process, including user guidelines and manuals, training materials, and modules.
Prepare an executive report on the progress of the targeting process and the MIS software application, enrolment process, the progress of the payment period, and develop an executive report on the progress in the compliance and case management processes and of lessons learned in the implementation.
