Implemented Activities:

Design of a Beneficiary Selection System for a subsidized housing development program taking into account representative indicators.

Development of a verification system by applying the Proxy Means Test Formula for the purpose of estimating the level of income and expenses of candidates; thereby identifying their eligibility to receive the program’s benefits.

Supervision of progress attained under the program and preparation of progress and compliance of objectives and goals report throughout the life of the project.

Design and start-up of a beneficiary survey to ascertain their level of satisfaction with the program, their familiarity with the procedures and benefits, as part of the program’s final evaluation.

Preparation of the final report on the project for the Inter-American Development Bank.
