Evaluation of the capacity of the Ministry and non-governmental organizations working in the area of youth, in the areas of management, institutional capacity, and existing staff.
Institutional strengthening proposal for the Ministry and other organizations involved in areas related to youth.
Preparation of the Operational Manual for the Youth Work Training Program and the Beneficiary Selection system.
Design of two pilot programs oriented towards youth: sports activities and a business program, which were part of the components of the Credit Program of the Inter-American Development Bank.
Preparation of the budget and schedule for the institutional strengthening plan.
