Ayala Consulting made presentations on Social Protection, Social Safety Nets, Conditional Cash Transfers, and Design Options for a group of 35-40 invited stakeholders from the UN and other multilaterals, government, civil society and the press. Following the presentations, Ayala Consulting was hired to design a Program with two components: Pre-School Voucher and a Micro Enterprise Support for Young Graduates under the Joint Programme on Youth, Employment and Migration in response to the Government of Tunisia and the UNDP. The consultancy included a detailed design for a pilot project in Ettadhamen-Mnihla, a town in Tunisia.

Implemented Activities:

Elaborate the project cycle of voucher scheme, micro-enterprise, development scheme and their interface including targeting, enrolment, payments and case management processes.

Identification of the key stakeholders and preparation of the role to be played by them in the execution of the project.

Design of the monitoring and evaluation system.

Design of the exit rules of the project.

Preparation of the draft institutional technical agreements to be able to implement the project.
