Chantal is a consultant with Ayala Consulting Corporation with expertise in social safety nets, particularly cash transfer programs. She has worked on the design and implementation of projects in the education, housing, and health sectors, in countries including Nigeria, Pakistan, Rwanda, Nepal, Malawi and Suriname.

Chantal has a Master in Public Administration with a major in Organization & Management from Anton de Kom University of Suriname.

Chantal is currently a Resident Consultant in Malawi, providing coordination of implementation activities, training of executing personnel, and support in the design of operational manuals, annexes, and training guidelines for the program.
