Implemented Activities:
Provide assistance to teams working for the coordinating units at Cali, Bogota and Medellin prior to implementing the program.
Development of the program’s operating regulations.
Follow-up on mandatory implementation tasks at cities targeted in the program components.
Review of progress attained by the program’s national coordinating unit on the bases of work and support meetings concerning the tasks of organization, operating regulations, and contracting procedures.
