Francisco is the President of Ayala Consulting Corporation. Through the company and as an independent consultant, Francisco has participated and supported in the design, implementation, and evaluation, of cash transfer projects in 38 countries across the Americas, Asia, Africa, Europe and the Middle East. He has over 15 years of experience in the social protection field.
Francisco has a Master in Business Administration from the University of Texas as well as doctorate studies from George Washington University in Washington DC. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
Francisco oversees the design and implementation of social protection, health, education, housing, and municipal development programs, and manages work related to process evaluation, programs implementation, institutional evaluations, operational audits, and beneficiaries' opinion.
Chantal is a consultant with Ayala Consulting Corporation with expertise in social safety nets, particularly cash transfer programs. She has worked on the design and implementation of projects in the education, housing, and health sectors, in countries including Nigeria, Pakistan, Rwanda, Nepal, Malawi and Suriname.
Chantal has a Master in Public Administration with a major in Organization & Management from Anton de Kom University of Suriname.
Chantal is currently a Resident Consultant in Malawi, providing coordination of implementation activities, training of executing personnel, and support in the design of operational manuals, annexes, and training guidelines for the program.
Sherazade is a consultant with Ayala Consulting Corporation specializing in conditional and unconditional cash transfer programs and programs that aim to improve the well-being of children.
Sherazade has a Bachelor's degree in International Development and Psychology from McGill University in Canada, and is a Master's Candidate in Public Policy and Management at the School of Oriental and African Studies in London.
Sherazade provides technical support to missions in the field, including assistance in project design, and design and preparation of forms, annexes, and technical guides.
Cosette is a consultant with Ayala Consulting Corporation with experience in programs focused on health and children’s issues. Her work experience includes work with international organizations such as UNAIDS and KfW Bankengruppe, and in countries including Switzerland, Senegal, and Malawi.
Cosette has a Master's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Neuchâtel (UNINE) in Switzerland. Cosette is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
Cosette provides operational support to teams in the field, including support in the production of technical documents and other materials for the program.
Isabelle is a consultant with Ayala Consulting Corporation with expertise in sustainable development and communications. She has previous experience working on projects in Jordan and France in the areas of telecommunications and water sanitation.
Isabelle has a double Master of Science and Executive Master degree in Applied Labour Economics for Development from the ITC of the ILO/ Sciences Po and Università degli Studi di Torino in Italy, as well as a Master of Science in Management from the Reims Business School. Isabelle is fluent in French and English and has a good command of Spanish.

Andrene is a consultant with Ayala Consulting Corporation with expertise in business development, human resources, and grant management particularly in the education sector. She has previous work experience with the Inter-American Development Bank in Jamaica.

Kristina is a consultant with Ayala Consulting Corporation with expertise in international politics and project management. Her previous work experience includes business administration, human resources, and marketing.
Kristina has a Master's degree in International Politics with a concentration in Contemporary International Relations from Jilin University in Changchun, China and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Resource Development from the University of the West Indies, Jamaica. In addition she has a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Mona School of Business, Jamaica.

Eric Ramirez is a consultant with Ayala Consulting Corporation. He has experience in project direction and integration of information systems on a national scale. Eric has worked for NGOs and in the public sector in El Salvador and the U.S.He is fluent in Spanish and English.
Eric has a Master’s degree in Telecommunications from DePaul University in Chicago and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia. Currently Eric supports the implementation of information systems for payments in the Social Cash Transfer Program in Malawi.
McLenna is a project accountant with Ayala Consulting Corporation with over 15 years of experience in the field.
McLenna has a degree as an Accounting Technician from the Malawi College of Accountancy as well as an Advanced Diploma in Business Management from the Association of Business Managers and Administrators (ABMA).
McLenna provides accounting support to Ayala Consulting Corporation teams in the field.
Lorenzo is a consultant with Ayala Consulting Corporation with expertise in development projects, particularly cash transfer programs. He has worked, among others, for an NGO with the indigenous of Brazil and as intern in the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He has long volunteer experience with international NGOs and student associations.
Lorenzo has a Master’s Degree in Human Rights and Democratization from the European Inter-University Center in Venice, Italy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. Part of his academic career took place in Salamanca, Spain, in Vienna, Austria and in Budapest, Hungary.
Lorenzo is currently a Project Officer in Ayala’s HQ in Quito, Ecuador providing support in the design of operational manuals, annexes, simulation reports and training guidelines for various projects in Malawi, Lesotho, Afghanistan and training courses.
